  • Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse
3. Pricing, Payments & Products
  • All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
  • Prices vary based on live gold/silver market rates and may change without notice
  • Applicable taxes and charges will be included at checkout
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
  • Product images are for reference — actual items may vary slightly due to lighting and display differences
4. User Conduct & Intellectual Property
Users must not misuse the platform through fraud, false information, or harmful content. All content including images, logos, designs, and text is the property of MKamman Jewellery. Unauthorized reproduction, use, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services such as payment gateways or courier providers. Our total liability will not exceed the value of the purchased product. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and we reserve the right to update these terms at any time with changes taking immediate effect upon posting.

We currently ship within Malaysia only. All orders are fully insured and trackable. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing an order.

1. Shipping Coverage & Address
We ship within Malaysia only. Customers must provide accurate delivery details including full name, address, postcode, and contact number. MKamman Jewellery is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation. You will receive a WhatsApp or email notification once your order has been dispatched along with your tracking information.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
  • Klang Valley — Up to 3 working days
  • West Malaysia — Up to 5 working days
  • East Malaysia — Up to 8 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Delivery Responsibility
Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. MKamman Jewellery is not liable for unattended deliveries. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
5. Tracking, Delays & Lost Items
Tracking details will be provided via email or WhatsApp after dispatch. During peak seasons, delays may occur — we will inform customers accordingly. In case of transit loss, we will investigate with our courier partners before processing any refund. All orders are fully insured for your peace of mind.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, and with original packaging and certification. Custom-made or personalized jewellery items are non-returnable. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for return.
2. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Return shipping charges may apply unless the item was defective or incorrect. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp once your refund has been processed.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and the reason for return. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process within 1–2 working days.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Size adjustments for rings and bangles may be accommodated — please contact us for details. Any price difference during an exchange will be charged or refunded accordingly.
